Comprehensive Series: 
All models featuring a three-roll (cylindrical thread die) design. This ensures secure support for the pipe blank between the dies, whether using a work rest blade or holding fixture. It facilitates the production of accurate threads across various degrees of duty, from light to heavy-duty, at a high production rate.

Versatile Production: 
Powerful gear box transmissions drive the 3-die spindles, accompanied by hydraulic feeds capable of accommodating both Through-Feed (continuous rolling) and In-Feed (plunge rolling) processes. This flexibility is achieved by simply changing the rolling dies.

Precision Control: 
The right-hand die is movable, gliding on a precision slideway. It feeds to roll and retracts using a hydraulic cylinder with adjustable pressure, allowing for precise stroke and die penetration control.

Enhanced Thread Matching: 
Quick inching and Die Matching Adjustment enable the matching of the 3-roll thread profile during Through-Feed production. This is accomplished by tilting the 3-die spindles to achieve a helix angle, with inclination of up to 8 degrees.

Robust Construction: 
The machine base is constructed from high-strength steel plates reinforced with ribs to maximize rigidity. This, along with heavy-duty slideways and spindle support housings, provides exceptional strength and rigidity, minimizing deflection and ensuring a long and productive machine life.

Efficient Hydraulic System: 
Conveniently located on the rear side of the machine base, it allows for easy maintenance and provides efficient cooling. It includes a pressure-compensated pump, flow control, and a directional valve. Operators can adjust the rolling and return pressures, as well as the speed of die penetration and retraction.

Wide Thread Compatibility: 
Including Vee, ACME, stub ACME, metric, worm, buttress, ball, multiple start, PT, NPT, knurls, and various other special forms.

Broad Industrial Applications: 
Oil pipe connectors, automobile and motorcycle parts, radiating pipes, oil tank covers, art lamps, scaffolding systems, nipple threads, groove formings, and more.

Front and Rear Supporters: For threading long tubes (1M to 6M) in thru-feed production.
Economical Slant Type Material Loader: Allows manual arrangement of materials and offers Auto Tube Feed and Auto Thread Rolling.
Fully-Automatic Production: Bundle Material Loader (auto stock storage, line up, stand-by, and drop down) + Auto Feeder + Auto Thread Rolling + Auto Out-Feeder for adjustable thread length in one-cycle-time by PLC-control.
Thread Rolling Dies: Available for normal taper thread (PT or NPT) and parallel thread (PF or PS), ACME thread, ball screw thread, special pitch, special degree thread, etc.
By-Speed Thru-Feed Thread Rolling Dies: For forming 2-Start, 3-Start, 4-Start, etc., of different degree trapezoid threads.
Variable Speed Die-Spindle Motor: Equipped with a Frequency Converter for versatility.
